What this policy covers
This policy describes how Rx Billing Inc, doing business as Drugs Billing handles information collected through www.drugsbilling.com. It covers this website and nothing else.
It does not cover the pharmacy data we handle for clients. Where we provide billing services, our handling of protected health information is governed by the Business Associate Agreement and the services agreement between us and that pharmacy, not by this page.
What we collect
What you send us
If you use the contact form we receive the name, pharmacy or business name, email address, phone number, service interest and message you type into it. We ask you not to include patient names, prescription details or other clinical information, because we do not need them to answer an enquiry and the form is not a secure channel for them.
The form does not store anything. Your submission is emailed to us and the website keeps no copy of it.
What is collected automatically
- Hosting logs. This site is served by Cloudflare, which logs requests, including IP address, user agent and the page requested, for security and to keep the service running.
- Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a person from an automated script. Turnstile receives your IP address and information about your browser session for that check. It is not used to profile or track you across sites.
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not run an analytics tag.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to set up and run the engagement. We use hosting and spam-check data to keep the site available and to stop abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who else sees it
- Google Workspace: our email. Enquiries are delivered to and stored in our mailbox.
- Cloudflare: hosting, the contact endpoint, and Turnstile.
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, or as needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox for as long as they are useful for the business relationship, and then deleted. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
Email hello@drugsbilling.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have further rights. Tell us what you are asking for and we will deal with it.
Children
This site is for pharmacy businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
